Tanggungjawab Utama :
- Menyambut dan melayan pelanggan dengan mesra serta memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
- Mengambil pesanan pelanggan dengan tepat dan memastikan penyediaan serta penyampaian minuman / herba mengikut standard syarikat.
- Mengendalikan kaunter pembayaran, menerima bayaran tunai atau elektronik dengan tepat.
- Memastikan kebersihan kawasan kaunter, meja pelanggan dan persekitaran kedai sentiasa terjaga.
- Membantu dalam penyusunan stok, semakan inventori dan memastikan barangan sentiasa mencukupi.
- Mengikuti prosedur operasi standard (SOP) syarikat berkaitan keselamatan makanan, kebersihan, dan perkhidmatan pelanggan.
- Menyokong rakan sekerja dan bekerjasama sebagai satu pasukan bagi mencapai sasaran operasi.
- Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh penyelia atau pihak pengurusan dari semasa ke semasa.
Kelayakan :
