Job descriptionPossess minimum SPM & above qualification. Able to work shift hours. Have passion in the bakery / F&B retail industry. Customer service oriented. Good communication skills. Great aptitude to work in a fast-paced, food service environment. Good ability to multitask. Dedicated team player. Flexible schedule capability. Fluent in Mandarin would be an added advantage. Ability to stand for long hours. Key Responsibilities :
- To provide excellent, efficient and consistent level of service to customer, such as courteous greetings to customer, presenting menu, up selling, recommending orders and taking customer's order.
- Required to attend and respond to customers' needs / enquiries promptly and professionally.
- To follow and abide to the company's Standard Operating Procedures.
- Master product knowledge of all SKU.
- To perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning glasses, furniture & fittings, laying of tables etc.
- Maintain high personal appearance / grooming, hygiene standards, tidiness and cleanliness in the outlet.
- Maintain good communication & working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by person(s) nominated by The Company
