Job Description

• Lead and manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Develop and monitor budgets, providing analysis to support decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow management and financial forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial data.
• Review of manufacturing variances on a monthly basis and discuss with the Plant Director on action plans, if any.
• Performs / coordinate reviews of company internal controls to ensure compliance with SOX requirements including a full segregation of duties analysis.
• Support external audits and manage relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies.
