Boiler Operation & Monitoring Operate and control boiler systems according to standard operating procedures. Monitor steam pressure, temperature, water levels, and other parameters. Ensure proper combustion and fuel efficiency. To certify contractors services report To stop any equipment / services that is unsafe for operation Authorized to issue spare parts Maintenance & Inspection Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on boilers and auxiliary equipment. Report and troubleshoot boiler faults or abnormalities. Assist in scheduled boiler servicing and statutory inspections. Safety & Compliance Ensure boiler operations comply with DOSH requirements and safety regulations. Maintain logbooks, records, and documentation of boiler operations. Adhere strictly to safety protocols to prevent accidents and hazards. Support & Coordination Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and servicing. Provide technical support during emergency shutdowns or breakdowns. Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures. Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve boiler efficiency and reduce energy usage. Recommend improvements for boiler operations and safety practices.
