Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a customer service assistant based in Klang. The Customer Service Assistant will manage daily customer inquiries and assist with organising and arranging import and export shipments. The role involves frequent contact with clients to meet their needs and expectations, managing documentation, and liaising with other departments to deliver excellent service.
