System Analyst

Purpose

Manages and controls system development projects. They conduct complex business analyses and software development work and provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues to support the specification and development of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Engage with business product owners to drive product and customer service initiatives.
• Lead the technical delivery of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to design requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with delivery leads and engineering teams to discuss architecture, design, and implementation strategies.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the insurance and financial industry to suggest effective solutions.
• Contribute to best practices and patterns for the Life / Asia Admin System architecture.
• Support junior team members and guide them in technical solutions and project execution.
