Job Description
As our End User Computing (EUC) Engineer you’ll be responsible for the ongoing management and operational support of our EUC environment. Here you’ll ensure users have the necessary hardware, software, and support required to perform their roles, maintain the computing environment, manage endpoint devices and security, administer virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), and provide remote support as needed.
- Managing and maintaining client computing environments, including physical hardware and virtual desktops to optimise performance and uptime
- Providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network‑related issues via remote and in‑person assistance
- Responsible for delivering endpoint management, ensuring devices are properly configured, secure, and compliant with our policies
- Administer virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions
- Collaborate with IT support teams to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues affecting end users
- Manage device imaging, software deployment, patching, and updates to maintain security and performance standards.
- Ensure proper documentation of hardware inventories, configurations, and support tickets to track assets and service history.
Qualifications
5 years in support, maintenance and ongoing operations of End User Compute environmentsProven experience in IT support, supporting remote and in‑person workforcesBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.Certifications in desktop and domain administration are a plus.Prior experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environmentYour technical capability
