Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of dining areas, bars, banquet, and room service.
- Staff Management : Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate food and beverage staff.
- Menu Development : Design and implement appealing menus in collaboration with chefs.
- Inventory & Procurement : Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Financial Management : Create and manage department budgets, analyze financial reports, and control costs.
- Customer Service : Ensure high-quality service, handle customer complaints, and gather feedback to enhance the guest experience.
- Health & Safety : Ensure compliance with all food and health safety regulations.
- Marketing & Sales : Assist with marketing strategies and events to boost sales and promote services.
- Other tasks as assigned by management.
