As Customer Experience Executive, you are responsible for the customer experience from the start to the end of the relationship. The relationship begins when a customer contacts us across platforms including our website, WhatsApp chat, emails, Lazada, Shopee, Facebook and Google. This role is part of the Innovations Team at Fire Fighter, working closely with the team to deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Duties and Responsibilities
Manage all customer communications across chat platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Meta Business Suite for Facebook and Instagram), Shopee Chat, Lazada chat, and Emails.Route enquiries to relevant departments (Telesales, Sales, Purchasing).Reply to all Facebook Comments and Posts.Generate Weekly Enquiry Reports.Ensure Shopee orders are delivered daily and monitor order progress by tracking updates.Manage customer enquiries, complaints and requests.Attend urgent enquiries on Shopee Chat, Lazada Chat and occasionally WhatsApp Chat for 1 hour each day on Saturday and Sunday to maintain chat performance.Job Requirements
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.Amazing selling and communication skills, with the ability to convey value effectively.Excellent communication skills in the major languages in Malaysia.Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.A can-do, resilient attitude.About The Job
