Human Resource & Admin Supervisor - AEON Supermarket Ecohill, Semenyih

• Supervise daily accounting functions including AP, AR, cash management, and general ledger.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and reconciliations.
• Monitor budgets, expenses, and variances, providing analysis and recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with AEON’s accounting standards, internal controls, and statutory requirements (audit, tax, SST).
• Coordinate with HQ Finance on reporting deadlines, audits, and financial policies.
• Supervise and train subordinates in the Accounts team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Support store management with financial analysis to aid business decisions.
• Handle year-end closing, audits, and liaise with external auditors / tax agents.
