Job Description

Responsibilities as a Subcon B2B Support

• Troubleshoot and resolve B2B errors.
• Provide user support for B2B-related issues.
• Monitor B2B transactions to ensure successful data exchange between systems and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve integration and communication issues.
• Document and track B2B incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues for continuous improvement.
• Assist in onboarding new B2B partners, including setup, testing, and validation of data exchange processes.
• Maintain and update B2B support documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
• Analyze B2B process flows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in testing and validation of B2B system upgrades or changes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards in all B2B transactions.
• Provide training and guidance to users on B2B processes and best practices.
