Job Description
Responsibilities as a Subcon B2B Support
- Troubleshoot and resolve B2B errors.
- Provide user support for B2B-related issues.
- Monitor B2B transactions to ensure successful data exchange between systems and partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve integration and communication issues.
- Document and track B2B incidents, resolutions, and recurring issues for continuous improvement.
- Assist in onboarding new B2B partners, including setup, testing, and validation of data exchange processes.
- Maintain and update B2B support documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
- Analyze B2B process flows to identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in testing and validation of B2B system upgrades or changes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards in all B2B transactions.
- Provide training and guidance to users on B2B processes and best practices.
Responsibilities As a Business Analyst (BA) For IT Applications
Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of technology solutions that align with business objectives.Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear definition, documentation, and delivery of application requirements.Analyze organizational information challenges, current processes, and procedures; recommend and implement new processes to improve system efficiency, productivity, consistency, controls, and protocols across the enterprise.Orchestrate and lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements for IT applications.Lead requirements workshops, interviews, and process mapping sessions.Evaluate existing IT applications and recommend improvements or new solutions to optimize business processes.Identify and resolve issues or gaps in requirements and processes.Develop use cases, user stories, process flows, and data models as needed.Work closely with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.Validate applications to ensure functionalities are working as designed.Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and IT applications.Provide user support and investigate and resolve issues related to IT applications.Adhere to IS change control procedures.Create and maintain end-to-end business process functionality documentation for Microchip standard practices.Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field5+ years of experience as a Business AnalystStrong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologiesExperience with business process modeling, requirements management tools, and data analysisExcellent analytical skills in evaluating and interpreting end user information requirements, trouble shooting, problem solving, data extractionExperience with scenario development, test case construction, flowchartingAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independentlyExperience in a specific domain (e.g. finance, supply chain, procurement) is preferredTravel Time
