Job descriptionResponsible for the professional payroll outsourcing service delivery for HK clients Manage a small and diverse HK Payroll Team to meet SLA (e.g., timelines, quality, and costs) and to ensure the tasks completed on time and error free Review HK Payroll Team\'s works including MPF contribution, ADW calculation, IF56B,E,F,G, etc. Drive operational excellence within HK Payroll Team to meet SLA requirements Be an escalation point to resolve issues and provide advice to the HK Payroll Team and clients Raises relevant quality issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible Run governance and reporting schedules with stakeholders on monthly basis Work closely with the global project team in new client onboarding projects Any other ad hoc duties and project assigned from management Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines Above 5 years of experience in Hong Kong payroll processing for clients Familiar with MPF contribution, ADW calculation, IF56B,E,F,G, is a MUST In-depth understanding of end-to-end HK payroll and client servicing Able to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast paced environment Must be good in Microsoft Excel, HRIS and sensitive to numbers Action-orientated, detail minded and organised Fluent in spoken Cantonese and English Associate Full-time Consulting, Customer Service, and Human Resources Human Resources Services, Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting, and Professional Services
