Managing Consultant, Human Resources
Are you a Rewards & Benefits professional with strong consulting experience looking to make an impact in a dynamic organisation? Our client, a leading multinational, is seeking a strategic and hands-on individual to drive their total rewards agenda across the region.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of compensation and benefits frameworks across multiple markets.
- Partner with senior management and HR Business Partners to align rewards strategy with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market benchmarking, salary structure reviews, and incentive plan design.
- Oversee benefits harmonisation, job evaluation, and global mobility policies.
- Provide expert advice on compensation governance, internal equity, and compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement and digitalisation of rewards processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline.5–10 years of experience in rewards and benefits, ideally from top-tier consulting firms (e.g., PwC, EY, Mercer, WTW) or a large multinational organisation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.People management skills are required.Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing senior leaders.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Additional information
