Account Manager

Established in 2016, the company is an integrated ICT solutions provider based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It specializes in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data center design, Internet of Things (IoT), big data analytics, and managed services, serving sectors such as financial services, oil and gas, manufacturing, telecommunications, and government agencies. With a dedicated and experienced team, the company focuses on bridging the gap between businesses and the latest technology, delivering customized solutions to meet diverse client needs.

Responsibilities :

To achieve and generate new business opportunities
Develop and nurture strong customer relationships with key clients.
Organizing sales visits & secure appointment with the necessary decision maker.
Build value proposition through sales presentation.
Drive sales opportunities to modernize IT infrastructure across various technologies.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Develop and execute a strategic account plan to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience

Strong verbal and written communicator in English.

Education : Diploma or Degree in any field (IT, Computer Science, or Engineering is a plus).

Learning Mindset : Enthusiasm to learn about diverse IT solutions and technologies from multiple vendors

Able to work independently, self-driven and result oriented.

Able tobuild and manage on new accounts.

Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.

Must possess own transport
