Job Description :

Shows empathy by listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; and provide solution based on SOP to improve customer satisfaction.

Maintain deep understand of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support.

This position requires to attend customer inquiry through live chats, emails & phone calls.

Requirement :

Candidate must possess at least SPM / O level / UEC

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Languages required : Mandarin to deal with clients from Taiwan

Able to work in office located at Sunway Visio Tower, Cheras

Accept 24 / 7 rotational shift
