Job descriptionManage and supervise daily production activities to meet output and quality targets. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes. Monitor and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime and enhance efficiency. Implement and uphold safety standards and compliance within the manufacturing facility. Analyze production data to identify areas for process improvement and cost optimization. Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet production schedules. Train and develop production team members to enhance their technical skills and performance. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements throughout operations. A relevant degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. Proven experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in production management. Strong knowledge of production processes, equipment maintenance, and quality standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals. Commitment to maintaining safety and compliance in the workplace. Competitive compensation and benefits package.
