Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of metal fabrication processes, including cutting, bending, welding, and assembly.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate production to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Ensure machinery and equipment are properly maintained and functioning efficiently.
• Implement and monitor safety procedures and compliance with workplace regulations.
• Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability of metal components.
• Manage team performance, training, and labor allocation within the department.
• Optimize material usage and minimize production waste.
