Job descriptionMinimum 3 years’ experience in similar role With strong memory and good common sense to handle tasks effectively Adaptable and calm under pressure Meticulous and attentive to details Prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively Ability to handle sensitive information professionally Able to manage schedules, meetings and deadlines efficiently Quick thinker with good problem solving skill Pleasant personality with good command of both verbal and written English,Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Fluent in Mandarin would be an advantage as the role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
