Job Description

As our Channel Sales Director you will be instrumental in building and managing a strategic ecosystem of partners to drive indirect revenue and expand market reach. You will be responsible for developing and executing the channel strategy, managing partner lifecycle activities, and ensuring alignment with enterprise growth targets across key verticals and regions.

You’ll also provide leadership, management and development of the Channel Partner Program to ensure achievement of sales targets and other key performance indicators in line with the company strategy, our vision and values.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a scalable channel strategy that aligns with company growth and revenue targets.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners who have strong customer bases or delivery capabilities in priority industries such as finance, Oil & Gas, education, retail, healthcare, manufacturing and digital infrastructure.
• Lead the development and roll‑out of the NEXTDC Channel Partner Program for Malaysia, including partner tiering, enablement plans, performance frameworks and incentive structures.
• Design and document joint value propositions and win‑win strategies for NEXTDC Malaysia and each partner.
