Bancassurance Business Development, Senior Executive Business Development Senior Executive - Bancassurance (CR & NCR) : - Job Responsibilities

Regular visitation to the bank branches assigned Always keep bankers updated on the business submission and information of the products, services and guidelines Report the daily marketing activities to immediate supervisors Be well informed with comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of work, including product knowledge, processing procedures, medical requirements, competitors\' info & etc Work closely with our administration in head office, in order to keep up the service standard Provide coaching and guidance to sales staff to meet the business objectives Provide marketing support & services for the credit related & non credit related banker Impart the banker with products and selling skill knowledge to further improve the credit & non credit related business To ensure the banker well informed and followed the selling guidelines set by regulator To keep track / monitor the sales figure and take necessary action plan to achieve the business budget Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Candidates will be based in Penang and open towards travelling Preferably with Sales or Business Development experience in Insurance or Bank. Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Business Development or experience in managing sales.
