Business Development Specialist (IT Solution Sales) - Penang
As part of our business continued expansion, we are seeking a committed and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager / Specialist (IT Solution Sales) , based in Penang.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through the development of new opportunities and the management of existing customer relationships. This role will focus on achieving IT solution sales targets while strengthening the company’s market presence and share.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage and develop both existing and new customer databases for IT Services and IT Solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, vendors, business partners, and end users.
- Apply value-selling approaches and ensure effective relationship coverage to maximize business penetration.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements in relation to IT Solutions and IT Products.
- Identify new business opportunities, customer requirements, and establish winning strategies within the assigned geographical region.
Requirements :
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in account management or business development, preferably within the software, hardware, technology, consulting, and / or service industries.Previous experience working in a System Integrator (SI) company is highly desirable.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and propose effective solutions.#J-18808-Ljbffr
