Finance Administrator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our Finance team. This position plays a vital role in supporting the daily finance operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions and maintaining proper documentation to support financial reporting and compliance.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable & Payable Support : Prepare customer invoices and assist in collection follow-ups. Process vendor invoices, staff claims and payments in a timely manner. Perform reconciliation of outstanding accounts.
• Financial Data Entry & Documentation : Record financial transactions accurately in the ERP / finance system. Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices, receipts and supporting records. Update databases and trackers to ensure financial data accuracy. Assist in monthly closing activities, including journal entries, accruals and reconciliations. Support preparation of financial reports and management dashboards. Perform basic reconciliations (AP, AR, bank and intercompany).
• Compliance & Audit : Support external and internal audit activities by providing requested documents and data.
• Administrative & Team Support : Handle routine communication with suppliers, customers and banks on finance matters. Provide administrative support to the Finance team and assist in ad-hoc projects as required.
