At WECOFA , we don’t just run ads—we engineer profitable funnels using strategy, AI, and sharp execution. As our next Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll drive high-budget campaigns that generate leads, conversions, and proof that marketing works.

What You’ll Do

  • Craft engaging content across multiple platforms, including : Ad copies that convert, Landing page content to boost sign-ups and sales, Video scripts & storyboard for Ads, headlines, banners, and creative concepts for campaigns.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize full-funnel online paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, XHS, etc.) to drive leads and conversions.
  • Drive measurable results across CPL, ROAS, lead quality, and landing page conversions.
  • Utilize Meta Pixel, UTM / GTM, and analytics software to track conversions, optimize funnels, and fuel decisions with data.
  • Build and manage landing pages, setup automation flows, and implement email nurturing sequences using tools like GoHighLevel, GetResponse, or similar.
  • Manage end-to-end digital campaigns—from ideation and planning to execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Analyze performance data and generate insights to continuously optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate internally with creatives and video editors to produce scroll-stopping, conversion-optimized content.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms to keep campaigns fresh and ahead of the curve.
  • Stay up to date with the latest platform trends and ad policies to ensure all campaigns are compliant.
  • Work with project team to understand client goals and translate them into effective digital strategies.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to streamline ideation, copywriting, targeting, and reporting. (We’ll train you if you're new—but you must be AI-open!)

REQUIREMENTS

What We're Looking For

  • Must be FLUENT in both English and Chinese — the role requires creating content and engaging with audiences in both languages.
  • Experience in performance marketing, especially lead generation.
  • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and data tracking tools (Meta Pixel, GTM, analytics).
  • Deep understanding of campaign performance metrics, bidding strategies, and targeting tactics.
  • Strong grasp of landing page platforms (e.g., GHL, Clickfunnel) and marketing automation systems (e.g., Zapier, Pabbly)
  • Comfortable managing large budgets and tracking end-to-end user behavior.
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Bonus : Already using AI for research, campaign planning, or creative tasks—or hungry to learn.
