The Role
We are seeking a Malaysia‑based Digital Marketing Manager to drive the growth of our online business and support marketing efforts targeting healthcare providers and corporate clients. Your primary focus will be end‑to‑end management of our e‑commerce business, supported team members and external agencies / vendors. This role works closely with and reports directly to the Singapore office.
Key Responsibilities
1. E-commerce Strategic Planning & Growth
Manage end‑to‑end e‑commerce projects aligned with business objectives.
Develop and execute the e‑commerce growth plan, including sales targets.
Own the campaign calendar for seasonal promotions and new launches.
Plan and execute paid advertising to drive qualified traffic and sales.
Monitor and optimize key performance metrics : traffic, conversion rate (CVR), average order value (AOV), retention and ROAS.
2. Brand, Digital & Content Marketing
Lead content strategy and distribution, mobilizing brand‑building opportunities on owned, earned, and paid platforms to reach target audience personas.
Oversee website, social media, LinkedIn, SEO / SEM, and retargeting efforts.
Drive PR initiatives and collaborate with KOLs / influencers for educational or branding campaigns.
Create and manage EDMs for promotional and lifecycle campaigns.
Track and report performance against KPIs and ROI; recommend improvements based on insights.
Collaborate with brand principals to ensure consistent brand representation.
Supervise team members, agencies, freelancers, and vendors for digital marketing.
Support outreach to hospitals, clinics, and corporates through sales tools, industry engagement, and referral program to build awareness and interest.
Skills & Requirements
3–4 years of relevant experience in e‑commerce management.
Hands‑on experience with digital advertising, SEO fundamentals, EDM / email automation, and social content.
Excellent English copywriting, proofreading, and education‑focused content development skills.
Proactive, execution‑oriented, and resourceful.
Strong project management skills with the ability to own calendars and keep projects on track.
