Preparing of documents pertaining to statutory records (such as directors' and members' resolutions)
Maintaining and updating of secretarial records
Preparation of annual returns, beneficial ownerships, and all others statutory forms as required by SSM
Scan, photocopy, filing of documents
To perform other duties assigned by seniors
REQUIREMENTS :
Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Company secretary related course (such as MAICSA, etc)
SPM graduates are also welcome to apply. Training and courses will be provided
Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
