Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands‑on experience in providing technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day IT operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide first and second‑level technical support to end‑users (on‑site and remote).
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware / software faults.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage IT assets, inventory, and documentation.
- Set up new user accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Work closely with vendors and service providers for maintenance and support contracts.
- Maintain data backup and recovery processes.
- Support basic IT security and compliance practices.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of working experience in IT support or a related field.Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, antivirus systems, and endpoint security tools.Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.Good communication skills and a customer‑service‑oriented mindset.Seniority level
