Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination & Construction Management
- Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, schedules, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Pre-development & Construction Readiness
- Assist in securing necessary approvals, permits, and documentation for site mobilisation and project completion (CCC).
- Support the transition from planning to construction and ensure readiness for operational handover.
- Consultant & Contractor Management
- Coordinate with project consultants (architects, engineers, planners) and contractors to ensure deliverables meet design intent and technical requirements.
- Review submission drawings and documentation for compliance with Malaysian building regulations.
- Authority Submission & Compliance
- Prepare and follow up on submissions to local authorities (e.g., MBPJ, DBKL, BOMBA, JKR, DOE), ensuring all regulatory requirements are met.
- Integrate sustainability and ESG goals into project submissions and execution.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external agencies to maintain clear communication and alignment throughout the project.
- Engage with clients and end-users to understand operational needs and ensure project outcomes meet expectations.
- Team Support & Supervision
- Support and guide project team members, fostering a collaborative and accountable
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Studies, Project Management, or equivalent.5–10 years of relevant experience in project management of construction and industrial development projects,preferably with exposure to warehouse and logistics facilities.Experience liaising with consultants, contractors, and Malaysian authorities for industrial projects.Good knowledge of Malaysian building regulations, submission processes, and project documentation.Proven track record of managing industrial projects from inception to completion.Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
