The Head of Corporate IT is responsible for leading, planning and managing all aspects of corporate information technology operations and digital transformation, driving the organization's overall technology strategy while ensuring reliable systems, secure infrastructure, strong cybersecurity, effective IT governance, data protection, strategic technology investments, and a capable IT team to support efficient, scalable and future‑ready technology capabilities across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic & Governance Leadership
- Develop and execute the Group's IT strategy, roadmap and governance framework.
- Establish and maintain policies, procedures and standards for IT operations, cybersecurity and digital systems.
- Oversee Group-wide compliance with PDPA 2010 and related data‑protection regulations
- Ensure IT policies and budgets support the organisation's operational and strategic needs.
- Present IT performance, risk and investment reports to senior management and the Board (where required).
2. Infrastructure & Security Oversight
Supervise the management of network, server and endpoint infrastructure across HQ and project sites.Oversee cybersecurity measures, including access control, endpoint protection and incident response.Integrate site security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) into IT governance and monitoring frameworks.Ensure business continuity and disaster‑recovery readiness for all core systems.3. Systems & Digital Transformation
Lead the SaaS and cloud adoption roadmap, including ERP, HRIS, SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms.Promote digital collaboration and automation tools that enhance productivity and information flow.Manage vendors, contracts and service‑level agreements (SLAs) for IT and digital systems.Support data analytics and reporting initiatives to improve organizational insight and efficiency.4. People & Capability Development
Build, mentor and guide a high‑performing IT team with clear accountabilities.Promote a culture of service excellence, cybersecurity awareness and digital literacy.Oversee professional certification and technical competency development within the IT team.Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.Minimum 15 years of IT leadership experience, including governance, cybersecurity and cloud transformation.Proven success in multi‑site or engineering‑based organisations.Strong knowledge of PDPA compliance, digital platforms (Microsoft 365, ERP, HRIS) and infrastructure security.Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
