Overview
We’re looking for a Web Developer & Designer who understands both the technical and visual sides of digital marketing.
You’ll build and optimize websites, booking systems, landing pages, and promotional microsites that not only look great — but also convert visitors into customers. This role works closely with our marketing and content teams to turn creative ideas into fast, functional, and visually compelling web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain websites, landing pages, and campaign microsites (mainly WordPress and custom builds).
- Design intuitive, mobile-friendly interfaces that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
- Implement booking and form plugins, ensuring smooth user flow and conversion tracking.
- Collaborate with designers, content leads, and marketers to translate creative concepts into live, interactive pages.
- Optimize site speed, SEO, and performance metrics to enhance user experience and search visibility.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain codebases across multiple client websites.
- Ensure security, scalability, and responsive design standards are consistently met.
- Integrate analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.) to track and improve engagement.
Technical Skills
Front-end : HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, responsive designBack-end : PHP, MySQL (WordPress environment), basic API integrationsCMS : WordPress (custom themes, plugin development, Elementor or similar)Version Control : Git, GitHub, or GitLabDesign Tools : Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalentOptional (Plus) : Knowledge of frameworks like Spring Boot, CakePHP, or ThymeleafWhat We’re Looking For
