Overview
The Property Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the property sales team to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets. This role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, building strong client relationships and coordinating with marketing and management to drive revenue growth across residential, commercial and land properties.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the property sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to team members.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate with marketing and management to drive revenue growth across residential, commercial and land properties.
