Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and offering assistance.
• Determine customers’ needs or preferences.
• Provide recommendations according to customer needs or preferences.
• Demonstrating how products work.
• Recommending related products to increase customers’ options and enrich the shopping experience.
• Stay up to date with merchandise and inform customers about sales, promotions and awareness of Bata loyalty program (Bata Club).
• Keep shelves fully stocked with merchandise and monitor the sales floor.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through superior service.
