Overview

Join to apply for the Territory Account Manager role at Panduit .

The TAM duties will include devising named Key Accounts sales plan, managing relationships with targeted key account clients, and maintaining in-depth account profiles on key account clients. Knowledge of Enterprise Building + Data Centre solutions and solution proposal capabilities for network connectivity solutions is a plus for this position.

To ensure success as a territory account manager, the candidate should be adaptive at market research and skilled in forming long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with named key account clients and their partner ecosystem for long-term sales success in the company.

Responsibilities

  • Setting and communicating sales targets that promote long-term incremental sales growth within a set of named focus end-user accounts.
  • Developing and executing an evidence-based sales plan to meet the pre-set annual sales targets.
  • Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with top named key account clients and their partner ecosystem.
  • Traveling to businesses to conduct sales presentations, understand customer practices, and propose solutions or improvement proposals using the company\'s available product solutions.
  • Resolving clients\' concerns in a timely and amicable manner.
  • Maintaining detailed account profile records on key accounts.
  • Presenting in-depth reports to the director of sales and other stakeholders as required.
  • Conducting regular market research to maintain updated knowledge of client needs and competitors\' activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor\'s degree in IT or related fields is recommended.
  • Strong experience in managing end-user accounts in FSI, Colo, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Government segments.
  • Experience in structured cabling systems, enterprise network connectivity, and Data Center solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong consultative selling and solution proposal skills based on customer requirements.
  • Demonstrable “hunter” sales experience.
  • A proven history of meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong vertical and lateral thinking abilities.
  • Ability to build long-lasting professional relationships.
  • A self-driven approach to work.
