The TAM duties will include devising named Key Accounts sales plan, managing relationships with targeted key account clients, and maintaining in-depth account profiles on key account clients. Knowledge of Enterprise Building + Data Centre solutions and solution proposal capabilities for network connectivity solutions is a plus for this position.
To ensure success as a territory account manager, the candidate should be adaptive at market research and skilled in forming long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with named key account clients and their partner ecosystem for long-term sales success in the company.
Responsibilities
- Setting and communicating sales targets that promote long-term incremental sales growth within a set of named focus end-user accounts.
- Developing and executing an evidence-based sales plan to meet the pre-set annual sales targets.
- Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with top named key account clients and their partner ecosystem.
- Traveling to businesses to conduct sales presentations, understand customer practices, and propose solutions or improvement proposals using the company\'s available product solutions.
- Resolving clients\' concerns in a timely and amicable manner.
- Maintaining detailed account profile records on key accounts.
- Presenting in-depth reports to the director of sales and other stakeholders as required.
- Conducting regular market research to maintain updated knowledge of client needs and competitors\' activities.
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in IT or related fields is recommended.Strong experience in managing end-user accounts in FSI, Colo, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Hospitality, or Government segments.Experience in structured cabling systems, enterprise network connectivity, and Data Center solutions is an advantage.Strong consultative selling and solution proposal skills based on customer requirements.Demonstrable “hunter” sales experience.A proven history of meeting sales targets.Proficiency in customer relationship management software.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong vertical and lateral thinking abilities.Ability to build long-lasting professional relationships.A self-driven approach to work.Work Shift
