Responsibilities
- Analyse and identify customer’s needs and match against Cloud Operating system.
- Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads.
- Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
- Work closely within a sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships across functions.
- Effectively communicate and present the product solution and value proposition to customers.
- Outreaching accounts using emails and other channels.
- Proficient in the use of social media tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly / monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.
- Daily Sales Pipeline and Activity to be updated in CRM and maintained.
- Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry, staying educated on new regulations, product solutions, changes, innovations and trends.
- Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas.
- Adhere to sales process, pipeline management, ethics and compliance.
- Team-player, flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of telesales experience relevant to lead generation, preferably with inbound calling experience. At least enterprise accounts engagement is a must.Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in “Selling via Phone” successfully.Must be experienced selling technical and integrated IT premium-priced solutions, be a successful prospector, and be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.Must have experience selling technology-based products / SaaS-based software solutions utilizing ROI and other value-added selling approaches, familiarity with large-ticket long sales cycles, and a competitive, assertive personality with the ability to operate independently in high-pressure sales environments.Show a proven track record achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas.Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods.Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline; proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
