Responsibilities

  • Analyse and identify customer’s needs and match against Cloud Operating system.
  • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads.
  • Manage, nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
  • Work closely within a sales & marketing team and develop cooperative working relationships across functions.
  • Effectively communicate and present the product solution and value proposition to customers.
  • Outreaching accounts using emails and other channels.
  • Proficient in the use of social media tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly / monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.
  • Daily Sales Pipeline and Activity to be updated in CRM and maintained.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry, staying educated on new regulations, product solutions, changes, innovations and trends.
  • Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas.
  • Adhere to sales process, pipeline management, ethics and compliance.
  • Team-player, flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of telesales experience relevant to lead generation, preferably with inbound calling experience. At least enterprise accounts engagement is a must.
  • Excellent proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in “Selling via Phone” successfully.
  • Must be experienced selling technical and integrated IT premium-priced solutions, be a successful prospector, and be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.
  • Must have experience selling technology-based products / SaaS-based software solutions utilizing ROI and other value-added selling approaches, familiarity with large-ticket long sales cycles, and a competitive, assertive personality with the ability to operate independently in high-pressure sales environments.
  • Show a proven track record achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas.
  • Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods.
  • Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline; proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Detail oriented with focus on quality and accuracy, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.
