Job descriptionMinimum SPM / Diploma in Sales, Business, or related field. Prior sales or retail experience preferred (experience in sanitaryware, kitchen, or home improvement is a plus). Good communication and interpersonal skills in English, Malay, and / or Mandarin. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven. Able to work on weekends and public holidays (with off-days provided on weekdays). Basic salary + attractive commission scheme. Career growth opportunities within the company. Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team at Fullshun Sanitaryware Sdn. Bhd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for :
- Assisting walk-in customers in the showroom and providing professional product recommendations (kitchen & bath solutions).
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Preparing quotations, invoices, and following up with customers on sales orders.
- Coordinating with the operations team for order processing and delivery arrangements.
- Staying updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
