Responsibilities
- Develop sales plans based on sales targets and achieve annual sales goals.
- Recruit, manage, and train local partners; ensure distributors achieve their annual targets.
- Conduct research on trade policies, industry demands, and competitors\' strategies in the assigned region.
- Coordinate project execution, take responsibility for final outcomes, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Background in communications electronics or industrial automation; experience in the same industry is preferred.Previous experience in project sales or overseas sales is preferred.Experience in developing and managing integrators is preferred.Ability to travel domestically or internationally on short-term or long-term assignments as required by the job.Strong learning ability, proactive attitude, willingness to communicate, and proficiency in collaborating with others.Job Details
