Job description

Handle day-to-day customer inquiries and shipment coordination (Air, Sea, and Land).

Prepare, verify, and update shipment documents (booking, billing, delivery orders, etc.).

Coordinate closely with internal teams operations, sales, warehouse, and transport to ensure on-time delivery.

Monitor and track shipments; provide regular status updates to customers.

Qualifications

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Bachelor's degree required
