Scope of works
- Provide guidance to BU on the completion of MEF per IRB EI requirement
- Prepare and upload manual adjustment file to CES for exceptional handling (if any)
- helpdesk for CES usage or handling / Centralised Party to handle enquiries on EI, CES
- Assist with customer's request for copy of EI (if customer didn't receive EI in their email address)
- Assist with customer's enquiry and to refer the enquiry to Business Units, where applicable
- Keep abreast of EI requirement from IRB and update on any changes
- Raise Jira tickets for any system errors, enhancements, or changes required in CES or file converter
- Support BU / IT in investigating and resolving issues encountered in CES
- Perform UAT testing on CES if there are any changes / enhancement
- Perform the DRP / BCP test for CES (requirement by IT)
- Coordinate with IT and vendors for any CES-related developments.
