JOBS SCOPE : SALES COORDINATOR :

• Handling sales transactions.
• Provide support to the outdoor sales team.
• Prepare and handle sales quotation, sales order and delivery order
• Assist in following up with customers on orders & delivery.
• Liaise with vendors or transporters to arrange delivery.
• Arrange works in line with all parties schedule to ensure smooth and on-time delivery
• Undertake and perform other duties which may be assigned to you by your superior.

REQUIREMENTS : -

Required language(s) : Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia (Sales Coordinator Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with mandarin speaking clients.)
