Legal Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel and guidance to the organization.
• Draft and review documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Manage legal risk and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Oversee the legal aspects of business operations and transactions.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
• Provide guidance on labour law, intellectual property, and contract disputes.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to protect the organization’s interests.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations.
• Perform any other legal duties as assigned.
