Responsibilities

• Champion Client Success : Be the go-to technical expert, troubleshoot incidents, optimize security tools, and delight our clients with clear, effective solutions.
• Design Next-Gen Defenses : Collaborate to craft robust security architectures, from designing, implementing and integrating with world-class technologies.
• Build Hands-On : Deploy, configure, and fine-tune industry-leading technologies (Endpoint Detection and Response, Secure Access Services Edge, Privilege Access Management) deployed in clients’ environments.
• Drive Continuous Improvement : Understand pain points, propose enhancements, and keep our clients one step ahead of adversaries.
• Share Your Expertise : Collaborate and contribute to the team, develop innovative ideas and solutions to address industry challenges.
