Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance of building electrical and mechanical system; HVAC & chiller system : FCU, lightings, wiring, escalator, lift, kitchen system, firefighting system, CMMS, BMS.

Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance.

Electrical safety awareness / prevention.

Monitor and attend to contractors and sub contactors for maintenance work.

Support Marketing Event Setup

Requirement :

Min certificate pw2, pw4, Aircond, A1, A4 or relevant.

Experienced in facility or building, construction are advantages

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay : RM2, RM2,983.76 per month
