Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Connect position at Oasis Place Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. The Client Connect role involves daily tasks related to ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering exceptional customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience through effective interpersonal communication.

Qualifications

• Interpersonal Skills and Communication proficiency
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
• Strong focus on Customer Experience
• Ability to empathize and connect with individuals of diverse backgrounds
• Excellent problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
