What we’re looking for

We are seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and FICO knowledge , with expertise in building custom applications, reports, interfaces, and enhancements.

Responsibilities

• Custom Development & Enhancement : Design, develop, and implement custom ABAP programs, SmartForms, SAP Scripts, ALV reports, and enhancements using User Exits, BADI, and BAPI to meet business needs.
• RICEFW Objects : Deliver and maintain Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows based on functional specifications.
• Technical Support : Provide ongoing technical support for existing ABAP applications and troubleshoot performance or functional issues.
• Cross-Module Integration : Collaborate with functional teams (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, and others) to ensure smooth integration between ABAP programs and business processes.
• System Upgrades & Patch Management : Analyze the impact of SAP upgrades and patches on custom developments and provide necessary adjustments.
• IDoc & Interface Management : Work extensively with IDocs, EDI, RFCs, and other integration tools to ensure reliable data exchange between systems.
• Documentation : Prepare technical documentation including Technical Specification Documents (TSD), user guides, and test scripts.
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT activities to validate ABAP developments.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest ABAP and SAP S / 4HANA advancements and recommend enhancements for better system performance.
