Overview
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Marketing Executive to strengthen Activa Media Group’s brand identity and lead our marketing efforts across Singapore and Malaysia. This role combines strategic branding, in-house marketing execution, and brand-building initiatives including identifying award opportunities to enhance our credibility and regional presence.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Planning & Execution : Assist the Head of Digital Marketing to develop and implement marketing campaigns across channels (SEM, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
- Market Research & Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition (competitor activities).
- Brand Identity & Marketing Campaigns : Develop and maintain a strong, cohesive brand image tailored to the Singapore and Malaysia markets; ensure brand consistency across digital, social media, email, print, and events; plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns and events locally and internationally to drive brand visibility and engagement.
- Performance Tracking : Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns; use data insights to optimize future strategies and ensure KPIs are met.
- Budget Management : Manage the overall branding and marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Content Creation : Produce or coordinate marketing materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, sales kits, and digital content; ensure messaging aligns with the brand identity.
Who Are We Looking For?
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields.Fluency in English and Mandarin is required; proficiency in Bahasa is a plus.Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.Self-motivated and proactive with problem-solving and campaign innovation.Detail-oriented and data-driven with excellent analytical skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.Dynamic and Supportive Work Environment
