Job description

Handle quotations, booking follow-ups, and delivery arrangement to ensure smooth operations.

Handle customer inquiries (via whatsapp / answering customer call).

Resolve customer issues, such as after sales service.

Ensure all system data is filed correctly and kept up-to-date for efficient business operations.

To assist in promotion and coordination during participation in exhibition.

To assist the department to achieve the sales target.

To undertake and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the immediate superior / Manager.

Job Types : Full-time, Fresh graduate
