Marketplace Trading Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketplace Trading Manager to lead our online trading strategy across major e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate has strong marketplace expertise, preferably within the apparel, sports, or fashion industry , and thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to grow online marketplace sales and enhance brand visibility.
Manage daily marketplace operations — product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, and content optimization.
Collaborate with internal teams and platform partners to plan and execute key campaigns and mega sale events.
Ensure all listings are accurate, SEO-optimized, and compliant with marketplace standards.
Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion, and ROI; provide actionable insights and improvement plans.
Analyze competitor activity and pricing trends to maintain competitiveness.
Partner with Customer Service to improve ratings, response time, and buyer satisfaction.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, merchandising, and finance teams to ensure smooth end-to-end operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.

Minimum 3 years’ experience managing online marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, or similar).

Proven experience in sports, fashion, or apparel retail preferred.

Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, promotional tools, and analytics.

Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Excellent communication and project management skills.
