The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and achieving sales targets. This role involves market research, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction to drive the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through various channels such as cold calls, client visits, and referrals.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide detailed product information.

- Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of the company's products and services.
- Document and report sales activities, including customer feedback.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.

- Market / Outlet Visiting and reporting.
Requirements :
At least 2-3 years of sales experience in FMCG industry.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
