Job Summary

The Assistant Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for growing the client's supply capacity to meet revenue demand through effective supplier development and performance management. This role oversees the supply chain's quality, cost, and efficiency while leading the Procurement and Logistics Department to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). The assistant manager will drive supplier improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and manage logistics efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Supplier Development and Management

• Develop and expand existing and new suppliers to meet revenue and capacity demands.
• Select, audit, and qualify new suppliers, adhering to recruitment processes and policies.
• Appraise supplier performance in machining capability, production planning, quality, and delivery through periodic audits and on-site visits.
• Implement Supplier Development Programs to improve supplier quality and delivery performance.
